2025 LEPC Conference
The Colorado Emergency Planning Committee (CEPC) is hosting a 3 ½ day conference for Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) members, first responders and local, state and federal partners responsible for hazardous material transportation response planning. LEPC101 is designed for new LEPC members and LEPC201 is designed to focus on advanced topics and avoid legal liabilities.

Each person should complete their own registration as we need to collect all information related food allergies, accomodations and the email in the registration will receive all future conference communications.

Conference Lodging
Two LEPC members per LEPC are eligible for lodging and parking on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.
The LEPC chair will be contacted by Micki Trost to provide up to two names for the DHSEM funded lodging. All other attendees are responsible for their lodging and parking costs.
- All attendees will make their own reservations at Hotel Colorado - included those who may be funded by DHSEM.
- New this year - DHSEM will not make individual hotel reservations. All individuals are responsible for making and managing their own reservations.
- DHSEM will cover two delegates per region by providing a list of names to Hotel Colorado for only Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights,
- All additional nights are the responsibility of the individual.
- Each person much check in and attend the daily conference sessions to have their room costs covered for the day.
- Late check-in, early check out and no show fees are the responsiblilty of each attendee.
- LEPC chairs will be contacted by Micki Trost for the names of the DHSEM funded lodging in July 2025.

For federal and private partners, unfortunately, we cannot cover your lodging costs under the HMEP grant. Reservations can be made by using the Hotel Colorado reservation link for the State of Colorado LEPC Conference. The group discount (cost dependent on size of room chosen and tax-exempt status) will apply to all reservations made before July 26, 2025.
