State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) Status
- Respone Level 3: State EOC Activated with DHSEM Staff
- Recovery Level 1: State Recovery Task Force Activated
SEOC is operational Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
November 18 - 19, 2025 the Colorado SEOC is participating in a national GridEX IVIII exercise.
DHSEM continues to provide direct support to western Colorado due to flooding. State Recovery Task Force remains activated and will meet today. On November 12, 2025, Governor Polis requested a major disaster declaration to include the federal Public Assistance (critical infrastructure repair) and Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs for La Plata, Archuleta and Mineral counties.
