The Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) is happy to announce $3,874,878.40 of local funding awarded by a grant opportunity through the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) created by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/Resilience/Grant Program Directorate (GPD). Funding Opportunity Number: DHS-24-GPD-137-00-99. The SLCGP enables DHS to make targeted cybersecurity investments in SLT government agencies, thus improving the security of critical infrastructure and improving the resilience of the services SLT governments provide their community.
The Colorado DHSEM received applications from across the state. Sixty-six (66) local government grant applications have been approved for end point encryption software. Thank you to all of those who applied for the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP).
