How to Attend the HME Board Meeting
The Google Meet conferencing information is listed on the HSAC meeting calendar invite. If you are unable to view the calendar invite, the link and phone number are listed below.
- Join the Google Meet video conference at meet.google.com/ytf-svca-mub or
- Join by phone at 405-489-2061 and PIN: 315 756 450#
- You do not have to join both video and phone to attend. Either option will work.
Video Conferencing
Click on the "Join Google Meet video conference" link on the calendar invite or above on the pop-up screen, and click on "Join Meeting"
The circle icons in red are for your mic and camera. Click on those to have your mic and camera on or off. (They are in red, indicating the mic is muted and the camera is off)
Phone Conferencing
Dial the phone number listed under "Join by phone" on the calendar invite or listed above. When prompted, enter the pin number followed with # symbol
Please make sure to mute your phone.
