WebEOC Updates and Outages on November 20, 2025

This update serves as notification regarding scheduled system upgrades for our WebEOC Production environment. 
The upgrade is scheduled to occur on Thursday, November 20 from 12:30 - 1:30 a.m.  CRRF and WebEOC Production services will be impacted. 
 
The following upgrades will be implemented on the production server:
  • Upgrade WebEOC to version 9.24.2
  • Upgrade IPAWS Plugin to version 4.4.0 
  • Upgrade ArcGIS Extension to version 4.3.0.1
Please note that there may be a brief interruption of service during this maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve overall system performance. Information regarding these updates will also be posted on the WebEOC login page and the home page as well as our division website and social media platforms.
