This is a reminder that the Federal Fiscal Year Quarter 2 2021 January - March Quarterly Report for organizations for FEMA DR-4145 is due on Monday, April 12, 2021.
Reporting for the PA Program is required on all obligated large projects on a quarterly basis until FEMA has officially closed the project.
DHSEM is offering to submit quarterly reports on behalf of the subrecipient’s for PA-4145 if they meet the following criteria:
- All large projects are 100% complete
- All large projects have been submitted for closeout in CO.EMGrants.com
- No changes to the quarterly report are expected going forward
